Barbecue and Spit Roast Menu  just a few options of what we can provide

       Spit Roasts:   We can offer either charcoal or gas spit roasts

N.B. Please look under ‘Barbecues’ below for Vegetarian options

Menu A - Whole Pig, spit roasted on-site – serves 80- 130 guests

There is nothing quite like roasting a whole pig. It takes time, hours and hours and hours, but….the wait is worth it.

Good value for money to feed the larger informal party

Warning, allow 8 hours cooking time and 1 hour to carve!

Menu B – Whole Lambs, spit roasted on site – serves 20+ guests

For the smaller party, local Dorking Lambs from Home Farm will fit the bill well

Menu C – combination of Menu A or B and F or G

With a wide age range of guests it is often wise to offer a wider range of main items to suit all tastes!

All served with freshly baked Baguettes, Baps or Rolls with homemade tomato ketchup, and other suitable relishes

Plus  2 or more of our Range of fresh Homemade Salads:

Creamy Coleslaw, Tropical Rice, Mediterranean Pasta, Potato, Cous Cous, Mixed Leaf, Tomato and Mozzarella, ++

Plus of course something from our Pudding Menu!

We normally also provide Chef(s) to cook and serve along with the Barbecue with fuel and can provide marquees, crockery, cutlery, table, chairs and waiting staff

We can offer either a charcoal or gas barbecue

Menu F – Homemade Beef and or Lamb Burgers; Pork Sausages

4, 6 or 8 oz homemade burgers from Ockley beef or Dorking lamb with just pepper; Sausages with just, well, not much added either - great for the kids

Menu G – Local Rump, Sirloin or Ribeye Steaks - free range Chicken Fillets

 A real BBQ of fanatic local meat - large succulent rumps, just cooked sirloin or well marbled ribeye

or for a lighter option f/r Chicken on or off the bone, marinated in honey, garlic and white wine…

Menu H –  Butterflied leg of Lamb, Whole Sirloin or an elegant half f/r Chicken

A whole piece of Meat cooks very differently to a steak or chop. Marinated, cooked and then thinly sliced

Just half a free range Chicken..each…

Menu I - Fish

King Prawn Kebabs, Scottish Salmon in white wine and ginger marinade, served with dill crème frais, Swordfish Steaks and Tuna Steaks in a variety of marinades

Menu J - Vegetarian

Vegetable and Halomi Kebabs, Grilled - Peppers, Courgettes, Corn on the Cob,

Menu N - Kebabs

Vegetable, Fish, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Beef,  a mixture - just decide
