Finger Buffet:

Option A: allowing a round of sandwiches/bagels etc plus 1 item of rest per guest

Mixed sandwiches, wraps and bagels with various homemade fillings, on white and wholemeal bread

How about a Smorgasbord?

laid out on the dining table, for part served, part self service
Italian style breads such as focaccia, ciabatta, sun-dried tomato and olive breads
A selection of cheese such as stilton, cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella plus some Parma ham, smoked salmon - sliced, Various Salami, Sun-dried Tomatoes, grilled wood mushrooms, hot Chorizo, grilled Pumpkin, marinaded Garlic, pitted Olives selection, grilled Vegetables, baby rosemary roast Potatoes, goat Cheese balls.
Also pesto sauce, x virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegar.

We would suggest providing 'side' plates, knives & forks and cocktail sticks, as well as 'fingers'. to aid service and a finger bowl and a good supply of napkins
